for metering systems in the paper- and printing industry

We are supplying complete rod metering systems state of the art
consisting of metering rods hard chrome plated or ceramic coated and rod
beds made of polyurethane or polyethylene suited for any rod coating
station or film-presses.

As a manufacturer of wear parts for scrap processing we specialized
exclusively on machining high quality material.
Most modern alloys and heat treatment technology are the basis for an
optimal function and outstanding life time of our products even under
extreme operation condition.
In addition to our cutter blades we supply blade supports, wear plates,
hammer-head spindles, pressing tools for briquette presses and necessary
accessories e.g. cutter screws.
Complete cutter blade kits for most stationary and mobile machines are
available in short time, in most cases out of stock.

Our ceramic coated and metallized coating blades and creping blades of the
product series Ceradia ®
are manufactured in Moers.
The blades requested for coating and finishing of paper and cardboard are
available in Bent Blade and Stiff Blade mode and manufactured in all
common dimension.
High resistant wear coats e.g. chromium oxide, tungsten carbide etc.
providing maximum life time. Homogenous layer composition, reproducible
geometry, minimum surface roughness and porosity guarantee optimal MD- and
CD-profiles.
Ceradia ® creping blades are already state of the art for the production of many
Tissue paper grades.
